1. Information we collect

We collect only information reasonably necessary to provide professional appliance-repair services, including:

• Contact details: name, phone number, and email address.
• Service address: the physical location where service will occur.
• Appliance information: appliance type, brand, model number when provided, and the reported problem.
• Communications: calls, messages, transcripts, summaries, and online-booking interactions.
• Appointment and service records: scheduled windows, repair history, invoices, payments, and warranty information.
• Website usage: pages viewed, referring page, device and browser information, approximate location, and actions such as clicking to call, opening the scheduler, beginning a booking, or completing a booking. Analytics events are designed not to include customer names, telephone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, or booking-reference numbers.
• Booking attribution: the first and most recent landing-page path, referring-site address without its query string, campaign tags, Google advertising click identifiers, and an optional answer to “How did you find us?” These details are saved with an appointment so Wonkeeland can understand which sources produce real bookings.

2. How we use information

Information is used for business operations such as scheduling and confirming appointments, checking service-area eligibility, sending reminders and technician ETAs, responding to messages, preparing invoices, recording service history, administering warranties, preventing duplicate or abusive requests, measuring website, advertising, referral, and scheduling performance, and improving the accuracy and reliability of our receptionist and booking systems.

3. Data sharing and service providers

Wonkeeland does not sell, rent, or trade customer information. Information may be processed by essential providers that support communications, AI-assisted call handling, web hosting, scheduling, maps and routing, calendar services, messaging, payment processing, data storage, security, analytics, and invoicing. The website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement to measure page use and privacy-limited conversion events; advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in the site configuration. Google may process device, browser, network, and usage information under its own terms and privacy policy. Payment processors handle card details; Wonkeeland’s local systems do not store full card numbers.

4. Text messaging

If you consent to transactional text messages, Wonkeeland may send appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, and service-related messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Marketing messages are not required to receive service.

5. Security and retention

Wonkeeland uses access controls, encrypted connections, authenticated service integrations, and other reasonable safeguards. Records are retained for operational, accounting, warranty, security, and legal needs and are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer reasonably required.

6. Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of eligible contact information by contacting Wonkeeland at wonkeeland@gmail.com or (740) 744-2724. Some records may need to be retained for invoices, warranty administration, security, or other legal obligations. Browser controls can block or delete analytics cookies, and Google provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
